By accessing or using the MABIMS API (api.mabims.dev), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this API.

License

The API source code is licensed under the MIT License. Calendar data is sourced from publicly available data published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenag RI).

No Warranty

This API is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that:

• The API will always be available without interruption
• Generated data is always accurate or complete
• Computed results (mabims-computed) match official announcements

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PIXO Studio and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use this API, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Important for religious decisions: This API is not a religious authority source. For legal certainty in Islamic law (start of fasting, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha), always refer to official announcements from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

Permitted Use

• Personal and commercial use at no cost
• Integration into applications, websites, and services
• Modification and distribution under the license

Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering or exploiting the API for harmful activities
• Deliberately or systematically circumventing rate limits
• Reselling API data as a standalone product without contributing to the project

Changes to Terms

These terms may change at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be published in the GitHub repository.
